The Faces of Tribal Ethiopia

When I first visited Ethiopia it was hard not to dwell on how dramatically different things are. The poverty. The hunger. The malaria. It’s the only place that I’ve experienced true culture shock. But, the more time I spend somewhere it becomes easier to see the similarities rather than the differences. I started to notice that kids laugh and play. People gather for sporting events.
